Creating events that maximize both the in-person viewing experience and content capture can be a challenge. What compels a live audience is not necessarily what grabs the attention of a viewer on their phone. The Daily Beast wanted to create a new online and offline property that would do both.
The result was Quorum, a new brand that within one day gained traction with over 25 million viewers to create conversation around core issues and drive amplification of content and messaging through social engagement. This was achieved through a strong visual identity and content created specifically for a 360 degree projection map space. This content and branding was processed immediately on the site for social sharing in short and medium form.
